I've always felt there's a lack of kinetic art in the world, so in my visual work I strive to fill that gap.

My pieces range from abstract and minimalist to rustic and representative,

but all incorporate movement in some way.

Throughout my music degree, I focused primarily on performance, composition and community music projects, with piano as my first instrument and alto saxophone as my second. Whilst being classically trained, my music - both in what I perform and what I write - takes equal influence from jazz, Scottish folk and singer-songwriter genres.

I like music. I like art. I like playing with cameras.

I made this website to bring all these things together.

I graduated from Edinburgh University in 2020 with a First Class honours degree in music and have since been working as a freelance musician, artist and videographer, performing, teaching and working with a variety of people in a range of places around Scotland. Whilst my interest in both music and visual arts has developed since I was at school, my pursuit of filmmaking and videography only became more significant through lockdown. I’ve since used my videography knowledge to support the art and the music projects I undertake, as well as working with other people and organisations such as the East Neuk Festival, with whom I’ve been working for the past three years to develop several film and music projects.
